Authentic village recipes, handcrafted with love, delivered all across Bengaluru
Some recipes shouldn't live only in memory. They deserve to travel, to be tasted, to be passed forward.
Our journey began in a small kitchen in coastal Puri, where Aaja cooked dalma in a clay pot every Thursday and Maa rolled chakuli pithas at dawn. The smell of mustard oil and roasted panch phutana — that's where Odisha lives.
Years later in Bengaluru, we missed those flavours so deeply that we built a kitchen to bring them back. Not adapted, not fusioned. Just the way they've always been made — with patience, with hands that know, with the same brass utensils and clay handis we grew up watching.
The recipes, the rituals, and the people who pack our village into every parcel.
The principles that guide every recipe, every parcel, every decision we make.
We honor the history, minimalism, and unique flavor profiles of regional cooking. We refuse corporate shortcuts, preserving hand-pounded traditions and fermentation sciences of authentic Odia cooking.
